Q: How do you fit your Podiatric expertise into a concierge medical setting?
A: The concierge model allows my staff and me to get to know our patients better, which leads us to make better decisions about treatment plans that accommodate a patient’s lifestyle. I can alleviate their pain at home where they’re more comfortable and even set up regular physical therapy for those with more long-term injuries or conditions.
Q: How does ConciMed’s vision fit into your approach to Medicine?
A: I’m able to give my patients the time and quality of care they deserve with more ease. With the increased communication ConciMed allows for, my team and I can develop stronger practitioner-patient relationships. Understanding more about my patients and their lifestyle means making better treatment and therapeutic decisions.
Q: In your opinion, what are the benefits of a concierge medical practice?
A: A stronger relationship with patients.
Q: What is your approach to podiatric medicine?
A: I take a balanced and natural approach. I’m a proponent of integrative medicine in which we take a holistic view of the patient.
Q: Which part of working with patients brings you the most satisfaction?
A: Seeing their pain go away, and I also enjoy working with them to set up integrative medicine plans.
Q: Which patients do you think should consider ConciMed? Who would you recommend it to?
A: I’d recommend it to patients who put off taking care of a painful condition just because they don’t wanna go to a doctor’s office. At home, they’ll feel more comfortable and won’t have to wait for their appointment. I also think ConciMed is ideal for patients who need to see their physician and physical therapist in different locations regularly, since it cuts their travel time and makes recovery more convenient.
